Icebrrg forms…this has nothing to do with ice.

Icebrrg.com has an awesome little “form making tool”.
There is a limited free account and graduated pay accounts. (more options=more $$)
You need to sign up for this service, for some reason I can’t yet identify.
I have included an image to show all the general field options. Each field has a subset of options for further customization.
![]()
As each user completes the form they are given a confirmation message that you can customize (check out my message)
I believe the information from each completed form is then emailed to the form creator (perfect for my upcoming spam campaign)
This is a widget! Because I can put it on my blog and so can you.
Code options include HTML and Iframe. Making it friendly for most blogging platforms.
Have fun and happy form making?
***I had to eliminate the working “Icebrrg form” from this post. It thought it was important enough, that on every page load it would steal focus. I assume this has to do with putting it in a post instead of the sidebar.***
It appears as though I may have missed some other form creation products/widgets
Wufoo.com (Could be the inspiration for Icebrrg)
The Blue Form.com (free trial)
Freedback.com
Response-o-matic.com (seems to be a lot of copying/pirating in this field)
Take your pick here

Dude, they stole the interface and even pricing straight from Wufoo. This is just a crappy .NET ripoff.
