Plugoo.com Live blog to IM chat review

Plugoo.com is in invite only beta. (hopefully I remember to correct this when that changes)
Plugoo.com is a service that allows your blog visitors to chat with you through your IM (Instant Messenger) via a tagboard/chat type widget that fits nicely into any sidebar. They have it working with MSN, Yahoo, AIM, ICQ and Google talk. Jabber is also available.
I have wanted this capability since I started blogging about widgets. The closest thing I was able to find was Meebo. Meebo.com didn’t thrill me. It was another thing that I had to remember to sign into.
Plugoo just works. I have had no problems what so ever. I use it with Google talk, seamlessly. You can see Plugoo in my sidebar. Go ahead try it out. Who knows I may answer.
I’ve only had one issue. Some people get scared when someone answers their query in Plugoo. I think they weren’t expecting anyone to be there. Like a tagboard thing. Some of them run away.
Things to know
–Plugoo is a Flash widget that will work on MySpace.
–There are 7 default themes to choose from.
–Custom color options are available for Borders, background and title text.
–You can enter custom titles, away messages and online/offline welcome messages.
–Font sizes are also changeable.
–There are only two size choices. Small and smaller. Both will fit nicely into most side bars.
Also
–You will only be able to have one conversation at a time. No multiple conversations through the widget are possible at this time.
–Your conversation is only visible between you and the visitor that you are chatting with. No other visitors will see your chat.
