Vidmeter.com Top video list widget (part 2)

Update

Vidmeter.com has updated their widget. The widget now includes images that make videos easier to identify. They have also narrowed the widget to make it fit better in side columns on blogs.

These are very good improvements for an already great service.

Vidmeter.com collects and displays the top videos from Google, YouTube, MetaCafe, Revver and more. This is your one stop place if you are looking to see what the most popular video of the day is. You can also view the all time leaders.

Vidmeter offers two widgets. The first widget lists the top 20 videos of today. The other widget lists the top 20 all time videos. Each widget contains the video title, a link to the video and the number of times the video has been viewed.

Things to know

–These are JavaScript widgets. No good for MySpace.
–The reason for the Java…these widgets update dynamically. Otherwise they would be HTML/CSS based
–Customization options are missing.
–The default width is 400px.
–If you don’t mind editing the code, you should be able to alter the size, color and general appearance of the widget.
