I am looking into adding a scrolling option to help the contest addicts get a quicker fix. 

As regards tweaking options: We hope the widget will predominantly be installed in sidebars, and based on some of the questions I received prior to releasing it, we thought it would be better to have the basic tweaking set to automatic! - ie the widget auto-sizes itself to your sidebar and the text area adopts your site's theme without any need for adjustments.

Of course I love the orange and blue header, but it isnt everyone's cup of tea, so I will look into the possibilities for offering some choice.

Thanks again, it is still early days, but with input from experts like yourselves, it could be good enough to reach a few sidebars near you.
