Thumbplay is known for mobile media content, but it seems that since they distribute bits of code here and there, why not offer widgets too?.
And that is the question that seems to be looking for a right answer coded in Flash since they are gonna celebrate a Widgetfest along Flashforward 2007 that is a flash developer conference, a good fit considering that flash widget are still dominating the web by far from any other solution. and with that in mind they will look for someone that can do a widget for them to choose.
The only thing needed is dream up a cool widget to code in flash, and the rest could just the ticket to get some prizes.
News like this confirms how just about everyone wants to get into widgets given the recent widget start up funding craze and the booming market.
