There is no wonder all other services in the Microblogging, Lifestreaming and Personal Awareness niches have a hard time catching up the buzz and popularity that twitter has and that is because thanks to the twitter API and more than anything being the first to conquer the base concept those niches are about you can find a lot of stuff done with the twitter API that leave the rest behind when you compare it to Twitter
For us that means quite a lot of widgets and gadgets.
So here it is a list of links with some of them:
Vista Sidebar
Mac Dashboard
Mobile
I know that this is a incomplete list so if you know of other Twitter Widgets or Gadgets, just let me know and i will add them to the list

OMG! how on earth could you miss out TwitterFox?
So many people in my tweet list use it to tweet, as do i. It’s a firefox extension that, quite frankly, is probably the best twitter ‘extension’ out there.
You heard here first. In ur commentz boxez/

Wow, thanks for the Twitter widget list.

Chears, Tony.
I think twitter it’s not very helpful. With all widgets users want to build traffic. In my opinion Twitter it’s not very helpful for this. It’s just my opinion.
I want to bring to your attention http://www.emote.in
Emote is a concept of sharing emotions, built over microblogging; with a beautiful timeline.
emote is a microblogging service; which is a platform to -
1. broadcasting and sharing your emotions with your family, friends and to the entire world.
2. Make yourself heard, comment on news, stories and current affair.
3. Share your experiences, memories and events with your friends and family.
4. Connect with different people with similar emotional attributes as yours.
(ex: if atrocities on animals make you sad, connect with others who share the same feeling)
5. Jot-down your experiences. You usually have so many things to say – a constant stream of thoughts, comments and observations running through your head continuously.
6. A wonderful TIMELINE that arranges your messages in a chronological order date by date.
(A prominent micro-blog reviewer thinks so!)
