Pyzam Fridge Magnet problems

Letters are missing from Fridge for one reader
We recently received a comment asking about the Pyzam Fridge magnet Flash toy (widget).

Reply–Kati » Where are you placing the widget? Also you might try an F5 refresh to jump start your browser. Just push F5 when your page with the missing letters is up.
You also might have to re-install the widget. If you do this…you will need to make sure that every bit of the old code is removed before re-installing.

— 01-16-08Reply–I don’t think it has anything to do with where it is on my page, it is more likely a setting on my computer but I don’t know which one. other people can see my letters, I cant see the letters on anyones fridge not even the demo one at the top of this page

In an email to Kati, I also suggested installing or updating Flash in I.E. and Firefox. Both of which she had already done.
Any one have any suggestions? Please comment.
