OpenSocial is still a while off to get to version 1.0. but the good news is that with version 0.7,, widget developers finally can get their hands dirty with the Google backed initiative and start doing some widgets or widget-apps. all thanks to the fact that OpenSocial 07 supports working with flash and other kinds of contents that conform some of the favorite tools for most widget developers. i bet we get to see some  cool OpenSocial Gadgets to start appearing around the web.
