Continuing my coverage on the slate of articles businessweek did on widgets, this article by Rachael King is more on the positive and constructive side, meaning it is in favor of widgets. that is of course a good thing when you are trying to convince someone on a subject like brand building with widgets.

The articles focused on examples more on the side of facebook Widget-Apps but as we already have learned the lines are blurring more and more also on the mainstream perception of what widgets are.  that is a cost brought from commonality.

The examples cited are highlighted as instances where the widget was developed to help a product from where the later derived, as widget get linked to tv shows, video games and movies ad campaigns and exposes some of the successful cases and the concerns of using this approach.
