University of Illinois Chicago athletics widget

UIC has chosen Clearspring technologies to be the platform for their new UIC Flames Athletics widget. The UIC widget displays information about all of the UIC sports. Opening it up to anyone and everyone that supports some type of sporting activity at UIC.
The widget has links to recent scores, upcoming events and news. There is a link to the UIC store of course as well as ticketing information.
A really cool feature allows you to listen to the UIC fight song (performed by the UIC marching band I would assume)
This widget is available not only for your blog or webpage, but also Myspace and even as a desktop widget.
Unfortunately the UIC has chosen to present the widget as a Pre-Roll advertisement to the UICFlames.com home page. They don’t have an actual working widget on the site like I thought they would. They just have a smallish ad located at the top of the center column.

He!
I read a comment of yours on http://www.readwriteweb.com/archives/10_chat_widgets.php where you claim you write a lot about chat widgets, but cant find it on your site. Your search engine does not work, only for full internet search.
let me know what is the best professional chat widget without branding or ads

Giant balloon Sales » You are correct about the search. What is required is to reselect the radio button for widgetslab search once you have performed the initial search. Then re click search.
Thank you for reminding me to fix this issue.
If you are looking for a free chat widget without any type of branding, I think you will find little or nothing. Most creators will want some traffic to be directed to their site via a linked logo on their widget.
here is the link to the search for “Chat” on Widgets Lab.
