We don't need *more* pitches! We tested Lijit for nearly 6 months before this announcement went out, and while we totally believe in the team and product, I think everyone on both sides is glad we did the testing we did.As we always tell widget makers: you can pitch us, but we don't want promises, we want results. Don't tell us you can increase revenue and traffic, show us you've done it a dozen times before. And, be ready for the load 350 new blogs can put on the product. The harsh reality is that most of the emails we get are the exact opposite: 2 guys in a garage, hoping to get real traction so they can get funding, want to use us as a reference case, drop us on and then can't handle it (and don't deliver on their promises). The Lijit guys, and the PicApp guys, were the only 2 groups to actually deliver on their promises. Out of more than 20 widgets we've tested (and hundreds we've turned away).Sorry for the rant, I should probably write a blog post about this at this point ;-)

Just for the record, we’re basically tapped out on widgets.
