Picapp: Now with Splash News Celebrity Pics Option

Picapp is the Widget Startup that makes you easy to get free to use pictures for your blogs, offer interactive options right in the photo frame and that also gives you a new way to get a new revenue channel while using it by placing a Ad with the picture you select.
They previously managed to land a partnership with b5media and now they have managed to get a Splash News partnership. you may not know Splash News by name but they are a active company in the glamorous and not so glamorous biz of Celebrity pictures you get to see in Tabloids and Gossip rags and gossip news blogs of the not Perez Hilton and TMZ kind.
Now you can also get celebrity picture from them with Picapp and get a shared advertising option so you can get 50% of whatever is got from the advertising run in the pics you get to use. in other words exactly what you already can get with Picapp just that the photos will be celebrity based and will be of the more gossipy kind.
This is something good not for Gossip blogs but for Fan Blogs. more because you can follow a feed with the photos from your favorite celebrity. for example if you got a fan club of Rhianna you can subscribe to a Rhianna Feed where her photos will appear for you as they come into Picapp without you having to look for them.
The only i would ask to picapp is to make the ads better looking and if you got interactive photos why the ads are not interactive at all?. adding some level of the interactions would do wonders for the reasoning behind using picapp not only for users but also for advertisers.
