As announced in February Opera Mobile 9.5 aims to be the best mobile browser around not only for Smartphones but in general, even against the iPhone Safari. a bold claim that is now closer to being real thank to the fact that you can now download Opera Mobile 9.5 Beta. this is a download only for Windows Mobile (5.0-6.1) and its merely aimed to get the needed feedback for the final release.
That means that the beta is FREE for all.
While this release got pretty much all of what the iPhone Safari got. it lacks the 2 most important things that anyone is waiting for in order to declare it better:
1.-Opera Widget Engine
2.-Flash
These are not yet into this beta and we don`t know if there will be a another free beta with these enabled before the final release but even then it is already the best mobile browser in the out being as much as 2.5 times faster than WM 5.0/6.0 Pocket IE and 1.5 times faster than Pocket IE in WM 6.1 making a must have release already.
I only wonder if the final version that should ship around sep-oct will add Silverlight Mobile support since it comes this late summer?. i truly hope so that would truly make it a full web experience in a mobile browser.

The mobile phone is excellent and this opera mobile 9.5 beta for windows mobile phones will surely gonna work phenomenally. Excellent work done by opera manufacturers.
