“Movietrailers” is a widgetbox widget produced by worldtv.com.
This is a JavaScript widget that works with Blogger, Wordpress, Piczo and other platforms.
I really like the ability to watch movie trailers in full screen mode right from a widget. I have embedded a working version so you can see what I mean.
The only way to advance to the next trailer is to go full screen. This may annoy some people…but it doesn’t bother me.

What would you like to see in a widget like this?
Perhaps a search function?
Definitely a share function that doesn’t require use of an email app.
How about an ability to view older trailers with links to popular torrent sites? (This may be a stretch)

I only took a quick look so I could be wrong on some points.
1) It looks like they are leveraging YouTube. While good, it’s not the best.
2) As far as I can tell, the videos are not actually HD quality.
3) The number of videos are limited and only loads sequentially in the widget.
4) There are no controls to navigate to prev/next videos.
5) Search, sorting or any other form of movie listing would be nice.
6) I’m partial to Clearspring vs. Widgetbox
There’s more but that’s just a quick dump.

Just to clarify..
1) It looks like they are leveraging YouTube. While good, it’s not the best.
I specifically mean the ability to leverage the YouTube API for high quality movie trailers.
