TwitterCounter is that little startup that had the great idea of doing a chicklet counter for Twitter followers once that  Twitter took off in 2008.a idea that came from the popularity of Feedburner chicklet that counts feed readers. they then had a another good idea and recreated MyBlogLog leveraging Twitter and that is what TwitterRemote is. a Widget that tells you when those with a twitter account visit your blog and will show you if you visit those with the twitterremote widget. that is basically the same concept of mybloglog, the only difference is that the social network already exist and its part of a known service twittercounter don’t have to worry about. genius little idea.

TwitterRemote is a simple widget service that just like TwitterCounter, you only fill up a form a off you go

The form offers you color, size customization and you can set the number of rows in it,. it is a javascript widget so it is best suited for blog or website sidebars.

Pretty simple JavaScript widget and that is useful if you are not yet using mybloglog. the only thing you also need is to be a regular twitter user of course in order to reap the benefits of having it.
