One of the most popular aspects of the Android OS is the fact that you can virtually customize every aspect of its appearance and functionality.

LockBot gives you the ability to radically change the appearance and functionality of your lock screen. You can easily set your lock screen to mimic any one of the following phone lock screens.

    Hero
    Eclair?
    Flan (Pro)
    X10 (Pro)
    Galaxy (Pro)
    iPhone… wait…what?

The FREE version includes:
Apply backgrounds from Flickr, Picasa and Wretch or use the Theme Editor to put together your own theme. You also have access to your SD card for backgrounds you may have stored there.

With the paid (Pro) version…$3.49

There’s also the ability to choose themes either from the LockBot gallery or add your own. You can also set LockBot to ‘Shake unlock’ your phone. This sounds slightly risky and may result in some unintentional calling.

installed lockbot pro. when i hit homescreen key get error: “don’t select LockBot from popup menu or set as default homescreen.” very disruptive. will uninstall and ask for refund. don’t have time or desire to unbug this major flaw.

Terrible app, lags hard when coming out of standby, didn’t work half the time anyway and finally locked my phone up completely (luckily i hadn’t set the process to ignore in my automatic task killer so it got closed after 10mins).

    Don’t bother.
