RAZR MAXX to have 3300 mAh Battery, Heavy Users Breathe Sigh of Relief | TalkAndroid.com

RAZR MAXX to have 3300 mAh Battery, Heavy Users Breathe Sigh of Relief | TalkAndroid.com.

A 3300 mAh battery is the biggest that I have yet seen in a handset. Puny in a tablet…but HUGE in a phone. Must see at least two to three days with moderate use.

RAZR MAXX. The MAXX boasted a 21 hours of talktime which is unheard of on a 4G LTE device. Sadly it added a little bit more thickness and heft but not much as the phone is still just 1.8mm thicker than that of the original Droid RAZR. The one thing that was missing from the announcement though was the exact battery size. Well after some careful sleuthing it appears that the device will tote a 3300mAh battery which is almost double the 1780mAh battery the RAZR came with.

Motorola RAZR or Spyder

October 17th, 2011

What you just witnessed is the teaser for Motorola’s Next…?

We are left to assume that it is their Next event where they will unveil some new hardware. There is considerable buzz about a couple of devices, including the much rumored Droid RAZR / Spyder.

A full frontal!

…and here’s a snap of it’s backside.

The rumored spec list pretty much a match for the latest superphones being released by Samsung, HTC and others. The HD front facing camera sounds like a new addition though.

We just confirmed some of the specifications for the upcoming Motorola DROID device (DROID HD / DROID RAZR / Spyder) that Verizon Wireless and Motorola are rumored to be announcing next week, and they are monster. Here is what we have:

Thinner and “faster than the iPhone 4S” according to our source
1GB of RAM — double the iPhone 4 and 4S
1.2GHz dual-core processor
4G LTE (thinnest LTE phone to date)
4.3-inch display

4G LTE, an unspecified dual-core 1.2GHz processor, 1GB of RAM, an 8 megapixel camera with 1080p video recording and image stabilization, an “HD” front-facing camera, and Moto’s Webtop environment with several custom docks and a version of the Lapdock laptop-lite dock.

New Motorola Tablet image leaked?

September 20th, 2011

Late last night, Thisismy/TheVerge reported on a leaked image of what appears to be a new Motorola 7″ tablet.

The appearance of this tablet hints at a thinness that would appeal to a lot of consumers. Just look at how sleek and refined the exterior is. Couple that with what can only be expected as Ice Cream Sandwich (Android 4.0)? and you can bet that they will have a huge hit on their hands.

Pricing… well, lets just hope that they have learned something from the fire sale of the HP TouchPad.

The screen also seems to be 16:9, and we’re willing to bet this is the “fun” and “portable” 7-inch model that Moto CEO Sanjay Jha promised we’d see before the end of the year.
