One would think that people would get tired of me churning out posts about Twitter and Twitter Button Generators.
But that is not the case. I get request for more and more of them. So who i am to argue on that?
TwitterGFX is a Twitter Follow Button Generator that should fit the bill. The reason i decided to post on it, Is because the buttons are actually nice looking. so if you like them just fill your Twitter ID, Choose the icon code and paste it away wherever you want (Blog, Forum, E-mail)
Nothing better than having a self explanatory Blog Post Title that also happens to be the Service Name and Website Domain. Since there is never too many Twitter Button generators. Here is another one.
Get A Twitter Button will present you with a simple one click form and will offer you 34 Twitter Button choices (at the moment of this writing) with embed codes that get updated with more of them every now and then. so if you need a Twitter Button for your blog and you haven’t found one you like. maybe this generator will be the one to have it.
Here is a live preview for the Widgets Lab Twitter account if you want to kill two birds with one stone :
I have posted about many many Twitter Active Badge Generators before. but not many Twitter “Follow Me†Badge Generators. so Twitter Buttons just fits the bill perfectly to fill out that void. it is actually wrong of me to call it a Generator since the only thing it “generates†is the html code for the Badges one you enter your Twitter Username into the page.
Once you have set your username you are ready to go. you have the copy and paste code for whatever badge you choose from at the moment 50 different ones. they have several styles just like the ones i put here as example:
So check them out and see if anyone of those catches your fancy.
Tweetbars is a simple web utility to generate Twitter Status Active Signature Badges. these badges are little bars. and are served to you in BBcode, HTML and as a Direct URL . so you should be able to use it in forums, websites, emails and Social Network Profiles without any hassle.
The service is extremely simple and given the focus and the execution. it don`t needs to be anything more. they come in twitter blue and that is set in stone as the way to make them easily to ID what is its use. you only put your Twitter username and you get a preview of your tweetbar and the codes ready to go.
Twitch is a Twitter Widget Generator that outputs a really really nice and pleasant looking Twitter Flash Badge. it looks so Twitterish (or Twitter Like) that it makes me wish this was a Twitter Official Widget. i would be able to bet that more than one would think that Twitter has released a flash widget just from looking at it.
There is no much to say beyond that because there is no user customization but in this case it truly don`t matter because how PERFECTLY skinned the widget badge is. changing it would be screwing it more than likely.
The Twitch page is in Japanese but the page auto explains itself perfectly because it is very minimalistic for a Japanese website.
(I like it so much that i will put it the active widget in this post)
The Twitch Widget Badge only shows up the last 5 tweets. so that is the only thing i would like to customize, so it could show at least the last 10 or 15 tweets if wanted. beyond that, it is as Twitter like as you can get.
Widgets Lab is a blog dedicated to finding and reviewing widgets of all types. People are always asking "what are widgets?" Well in this case widgets are simply bits of code that you can add to your blog, web site or community profile. (as in MySpace and others) Also widgets can be downloaded to work with a 'Parent' application such as Mac Dashboard or Yahoo! widgets. You can see another definition for web widgets on Wikipedia/web widget.
